No consistency from labour centre.

At the beginning of October this year, I went to the labour centre, they refer online services. On the 09 of October I did online , submitted the documents. When I checked my status on 25 of October it was cancelled by the assessor. I called a call centre , they sent me to the labour centre. I was up and down . To be rejected , No credits how come. I worked 2021 ,2022,2023 . My colleagues they did received. My heart is bleeding, my mouth is dry . I am do disappointed
