no communication nor commitment from the fund at all

I app**** on on the 22nd June for my illness Benefit claim my application was sent to the assessor on the 30th June 2023 I was given a 20 day Turn around time which would have been the 21st of July no communication I was I then called in and was told I need to resubmit as my documents where incorrect the 25th July 2023 I spoke to different agent which I will not name as they are employees to the Labour Department, each and every time I call i am told system is offline, it will be escalated I do not understand what is happening as its been two months and I have not received any communication as of yet from the department. the fund is meant to assist when we are Unemployed or sick Maternity the list goes on but if it takes so long for response how is it we are paying into this fund.
