No Communication from Call Centre Agents

Unemployment is at an all time high in South Africa currently. My documents was submitted exactly 1year ago, and I haven't received any confirmation from the call centre after submitting documents more than 3 times. This is so frustrating and a useless system we have online.

I hope I never have to go through this again with ufilling so frustrated.
