NO CLAIM RECEIVED!!!

I have tried calling all contact numbers possible, and I don't get any response. I am enquiring about my LAST payment for my maternity claim through the Roodepoort, Department of Labour and it is seeming to be extremely challenging. I have submitted my last forms on the 22 May 2015 and I am still waiting for my final payment. The first two months were very pleasant in receiving my UIF as I had very competent people helping me, the last two months of my maternity have been such a struggle as i had *********** people assisting me. I had to call almost every second week to find out when I will be receiving my funds. <br> After all, this is money that I have worked for and rightfully deserve it. <br> I am so upset and really just need to receive my final payment. I have spoken to a gentlemen called Thapelo who has promised me that my submission was sent to the paymaster, I have called the Pretoria branch of which an sms is generated from and they have advised that they see I am outstanding payment for the month of May, however they can't assist me. <br> Please please please please, could I just receive my final payment. <br> IT feels as if this site may not even be of assistance!!! FRUSTRATING!!!
