No Claim Pay out

I have app**** for maternity benefit October 2014. I am back at work and my baby is 4 months old already and still I haven't received 1c from UIF to date. Every time I phone there is another document they need or they misplaced the document I send the previous time and then you have to wait 10 working days before you can follow up again and then just to hear they can't find the fax you have to send it again and wait another 10 working days to follow up. If you follow up there is no one that can actually tell you what the status of your claim is and how long it is still going to take to be sorted out.
