No Claim Number received for I.O.D

<p> </p> <p>I am beyond patience.</p> <p>Have been trying to get our claim numbers for I.O.D's is a nightmare! Starting at the organisation I was told to follow up on an I.O.D from July, all documentation was posted, to date, there is no claim number received, try calling the D.O.L and they have an automated service stating, "that due to high call volumes, we need to email ********** to which no emails have been rep**** to, trying to submit online is another nightmare, I need to reset the password, because the one online is invalid, but when going to input the name and surname the blocks are grayed out, so I am unable to even change the password, so I email the help line email address supp****, and low and behold, it comes back with a failure notice...</p> <p>The Department of Labour is in shambles, I am officially going to have to camp out at my local office in hopes that someone can help me, because even emailing the local office of D.O.L has come up fruitless.</p> <p>Proudly South African - Officially GATVOL</p>
