No benefits after six months of submission of claim

I registered on UFiling on 8th February 2021 and submitted my claim for benefits. Now almost 6 months later i have received no payments whatsoever?? When i contact them via the emails provided in their user guide, i only get an automated response to which you cannot reply. And then they talk about TERS. My claim has got nothing to do with TERS. It is a normal claim. I check periodically and the status on payments history continues to reflect as "sent to assessor" I cannot belief that this is the way our claims are handled.
