No assistance uif

I app**** for uif on the online portal on the 18th of December, a month later I called the uif call centre to find out the status of my application however they were of no assistance. I further went to the office in krugersdorp and had no joy there either. They said my forms needed to be completed and so I completed and updated the information however it's now the 4th of February and still I have not heard back, last week I attempted to call the uif call centre again and the agent that assisted said they're waiting for the system to update. It's the 4th and nothing has been done.
