No assistance or payout for 3 months now

I app**** for my uif on the 9th of June only for there to be a back and forth regarding me getting sufficient help from the labour department and he customer service online, I'm constantly being told that the matter has be escalated, but still nothing it is the 30th of August I'm still being told that it has been escalated.
