NO ASSISTANCE ON UIF CLAIM

I’ve been trying to apply for uif unemployment benefits since beginning July . I’ve app**** online using the ufiling app like I previously app**** for benefits and everytime I log on to check progress only to find that the accessor cancelled claim . I’ve been calling in and everytime a call is either cut or put down in my face or they’re telling me that they don’t know why my claim is being cancelled ! I’ve been sending emails with my documents, I was even requested to fill in a salary schedule form from previous employer. Yet no response. Time is passing and yet nothing . Life is tough as it is without financial assistance yet I can’t get monies due to me . My money that’s was deducted! This is so frustrating why can’t I be assisted ?
