No assistance in resolving my case

Case number : ***<br> <br> After numerous attempts to contact the contact centre I have had no luck in speaking to anyone that can assist me and the department is not responding to any of my mails sent requesting assistance<br> <br> My benefit claim has been rejected with no explanation as to why. All my profile indicates is the following \Siyaya Status - not approved/rejected".. I have no idea what that even means!
