No Assistance from Employer and Labour dept UIF

Hi, my name is Happy Mthimkulu, I worked for T-systems SA till last year 31 October 2014 due to retrenchment and then since i could not find employment, i then went to the Department of Labour in Alberton in March 2015, I went back to check and i was told that i must contact my employer that they must proof that i was paying uif and i asked them for all the documentation and they also emailed it to the department, with no acknowledgement of having received the emails and i have been back and forth between the two with no help, i am still unemployed with no income. I have heard about hello Peter and i took this option as another way of getting assisted. I have tried to call the department of labour head office in Pretoria and I will hang on the phone for an hour all the time in different days the same thing happens, the service rendered to us is not up to standard and does not meet my needs as a citizen of this country.<br> <br> Regards <br> <br> Happy Mthimkulu<br>
