NO ASSISTANCE FOR MONTHS!!!!!

My mother Freda Stafford app**** for her UIF Payout 4 months ago at the Mthatha office, till date she still has not received any communication herein.

The guy who assisted her at the mthatha branch said that they sent her documents to the East London branch over 3 weeks ago and that she would have her first draw in 2 weeks time.

It's been a month now and nothing has been made. She is currently a cancer patient and cannot take the strain of being out in the cold queuing with no progress. No one answers their calls at the East London branch as well as the mthatha office for a follow up!

Disgusting to say the least for a government office.
