No assistance at Labour Department

I am beyond disappointed with the service that I received from UIF, I was retrenched on the 3st of March 2020 and I app**** for UIF on the 20th April 2020 and my application has since said sent Assesso on Ufiling. I have been to the branch numerous branches Randburg and Orlando and I still have not been paid. Two weeks back I was advised that all my documents had all been scanned and I should receive payment within 2weeks I still have not received the payment and when I go to the branches either in Randburg and Orlando there are long ques but no assistance even though you explain to them that you just want the status of my application and I still have not received an update. Its month end, and debit orders are bouncing, rent is due... Can you not understand that we are not working and that we need those funds to survive??
