NO ASSISTANCE

I have sent my sons UIF documents in in December, and after 2 months with no reply I finally had to hear that the DR had to complete another document, why did they not tell us this in the first place. I phone everyday as he is not working and I have been give 5 email addresses to sent the forms and I just dont get no where. We are in such a critical position and need the unemployed funds. <br> <br> Is there someone who could assist me in this regard because I have been sent from the one person to another the one email address to another with no help at all. I realy think thats not good.<br> <br> I would appreciate any help as this is a matter urgency.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br>
