No assistance

I have been struggling to claim my maternity funds for the past 3 months. Initially I called in as I have forgotten my login details, after spending most of my mornings on the phone, not getting help from the call centre I managed to sort out my problem myself by going through thousands of emails in my account for the login details. I have now treid to download the relevant papaerwork, but am having no success . When calling the call centre, the phone only rings and rings. Its almost time to go back to work, and still I have not been able to claim maternity benifits.... someone please help me
