No answer...Ever

Been trying for days to get through to the call centre. I end up on hold for 15 to 20 minutes at a time only to be cut off. Very frustrating. How are people supposed to get their queries sorted out if no one answers at the call centre's.<br> <br> The email address supp**** on Ufiling also yields no response. To say the Service is useless would be an understatement...it's more like non existent.
