New Application

I submitted a claim on 29 January 2020 and to date I have not received any notification on whether my claim will be honored. I have been in email communication with supervisors and managers of the SSW labour department office and excuses is all that I've received to such an extent that after more than 30 emails they now choose to ignore me. The Labour Department is passing blame to the Department of Home Affairs for not updating may details more than 17 years ago, however all this time I've made contributions to the fund. I've emailed several times to their complaints department and no response. I've since emailed Zulaigha Smith several times and even she too is now ignoring me. Due to this application I'm unable to get approval on other funds.
