Never received my UIF

It is now already 2 years and I still waiting for my unemployment fund. All forms and necessary documents were handed over. So nothing is wrong with the forms. Every time I phoned and email a new case open and nobody is coming back to me. It seems the unemployment fund is no use anymore. I paid over 23 years a contribution towards the fund and got nothing. Thanks for nothing.
