Never got into register

Went there on the 18th of October to the Cape Town offices stood outside from 11-3:30. At 3:30 someone came out and said we won't be gettingbin today and that we should give the marshals the documents to check they gave me a list amd wroye 35 days on it and have never heard from them again.
