NEED MY CLAIM RESOLVED INVESTIGATE

03 Oct 2023, 12:08 NEED MY CLAIM RESOLVED I app**** for my late mother death benefit at the Department of Labour George office.

We are 2 dependents and only one was paid out. I done numerous follow ups but constantly get a reply that says issue not resolved. It has been 2 full years still this has not been resolved.I have spoken with Aunt Dot, and her Supervisor but no luck as they also just don't care even to do a follow up. My brother was paid out 53 credits mind you that was in February 2023 I am still struggling to understand what is the problem that mine can't be paid out. if this claim is not paid out where is the money going to who is not doing their work?
