Need assistants please

I app**** in September 2023 for my maternity benefits i submitted all my paperwork on several occasions , i have called and emailed and no one has rep**** or help me with anything. Its been months now and im still waiting. Why is it so hard to get my own money i would appreciate it if someone anyone could assist me.
