My UIF payout

Since from April waiting for my last payout of unemployed insurance fund. I send five emails with no luck of responses,I am unemployed I have kids to look after,I really don't understand what is happening there I went to sign on the 23rd of April in alberton but until now I have received nothing, I still have 21 credit days. This is frustrating and devastating. These labour employees the don't care about treating client's fairly. They don't care because the are getting paid monthly They don't suffer like we do, government staff are so ***********.
