My UIF claim

I swear the God the consultants of Labour are not doing their job or they are just trained to give us useless answers. I have been waiting for my UIF since February. Everytime I call am told my query has been escalated. I have been calling twice every week. I even asked to speak to management or supervisor but I am told to be patient. Like *** why must we struggle to get our money? I submitted all documents. Can someone who knows what their doing help me. I can't keep calling and Calling getting the same response
