My UIF Claim

I am Thulani Sokopo staying in Eastern Cape (Port Elizabeth). I used to work for a company called Aquity Innovations from 04 July 2022 up until the end of April 2023 due to loss of funding our contracts they were not renewed. On the 24th May 2023 i submitted my UI19 forms with my Banking details and Bank form. I was given return date of 13/06/2023, i went back and they gave me another date which was the 27/07/2023 also went back again still there was nothing in my account. I called the Call center multiple times they tried to assist but the matter was in other people's hands which it was indicating that my application was cancelled 2 times and there is no comment. I went back to the office which they told me to wait for 20 days and went back still gave me 5 days now from 14th Aug 2023 received a call from their Agent his name is Peter *** and Thulani *** their Office Number is *** Department of Labour in Gqeberha they told me that i need submit my 3 Months Bank Statement and was shocked because i submitted that long time. I went again to their Office submitted i was told that i am going to get paid after 20 days again no its too much abuse. My case number is *** and my pin is 5390 also my ID No ***
