My querie with department of labour

@deptoflabour please intervene, i went on maternity leave in June 2020, before that i had submitted my uif application on the 27th of April 2020. While i was on maternity i also got retrenched on the 31st of July. I have been visiting my local department of labour office 2/3 times a month to check on progress i have not been receiving any feedback until today where i got a message informing me that my application has been declined. I have not received any explanation as to why it was declined. I am depressed, I am unemployed and i have 2 children. I am also a breadwinner in my family.
