My name is Lincoln R Lee.I app**** for my UIF contribution to be paid out on 2 October 2021 .I was retrenched in August 2018 as I was given a prison sentence in June 2018.I was informed that I app**** to late to get UIF payout. I subsequently Appealed and supp**** as evidence a letter from Correctional services explaining where I was for 31 months after my dismissal.
