My father app**** for uif benifits in July 2022 up until today he didn't receive any payments. The reason we app**** online for him is because he is a pensioner with health issues and cannot stand in a queue for hours. Every time I sent a email to inquire about his claim they ask for his personal information which was sent numerous times. Every time it gets sent to the paymaster who close the application. He work for years for this country paying tax today he cannot get his own money but R350 gets paid to drug addicts who never worked a day in their lives.
