My experience was horrible

My experience was horrible. The service that i recieved yesterday at the Department of labour in Alberton. Firstly on the door it says on the door that elderly people, sick people and pregnant women will be assisted first which is not what they did yesterday we stood in the queue the since morning only for the electricity to go at 12 and one of the employees told us that since the electricity is gone we can stand there if we like or just go home and come back Monday as they not sure if they going to help us when it comes back. What made it worse is i stood there in queue while 8 months pregnant when i asked if its allowed for us to stand in those queues the security guard told us that the supervisor will come take out all the pregnant people out of the queue which never happened. The electricity finally came back at 3 and another guy told that they only going to assist the people that were inside the rest of us can go as they not going to assist us. Mind you its not even 4 o'clock yet they finished the people that were inside before 4 o'clock and still refused to assist us. What would have happened if i experienced labour pains while standing in the that long queue. They do have customer service at that office as there were also elderly people standing. Im very disappointed at the service i recieved
