mternity benefits

I since app**** for my maternity benefits in august 2014 even today I have not received any cent or feedback of why they not paying out my money its 10months already,when I phone the branch they keep telling me its not finalised it his been now 3 weeks hearing the same excuse,funny they sy they don't know what's delaying my pay out.am taking this matter up with my legal representative if not fixed by next week.
