after 30 yrs of paying into uif ,i have been retrenched as of from the 30 june 2020 and have tried since july 2020 through ufiling to claim and what a waste of time !!!!!!! i went to sign up for uif at the labour office in pta which was waiting in queues for 9 hrs and still having to come back bcause didnt reach the doors in time managed to get signed up after the 3rd attept ,now i have been told that uif will not pay people who received ters dont they understand it was bcause we received a pay cut of 20% and the ters was to make up the 20% we lost in 2 months ,so if uif ters paid the funds to the company late thats not the companies fault or mine ,they cant just stop uif claims bcause they have a issue with themselves.They have blocked my payment bcause they have a issue with the ters payments which was due to us . As i have said ive paid uif for 30yrs they have no right to block my payment and i have a right to get paid NOT BLOCKED SYDNEY SMITH
