22 Apr 2024, 07:54Is there anybody that can assist me in getting a person with influence at the department of labour to kindly consider supplying me with feedback,I am staring repossession of my accepts in the face,my electricity was cut due to non payment.I have been contributing to the uif fund since 1997 for the day that I am sitting with no employment and now that I have reached this stage of unemployment, the department of labour just shrugs their shoulders at me,it is my money after all and is due to me why must I wait 6 months to receive what is due to me,the claim process according to the uif department is said to only take 6weeks,so what went wrong and why?
