Most Efficient employee

This is not for the entire department but for one particular individual who works there, I must say that this man is one of a kind, Mphumeleli Spolo aka Shakes, he went above and beyond to assist me with my claim, the service he provides is phenomenal and I feel he deserves recognition, I had been to the department 3 times already and the day I met him he was apologetic for what I had been through and he made sure to assist me in every way and he did, I would like to thank him for his dedication, he is the best
