Most disgusting department ever.

The worst horrible expirience ever...

I have logged a claim since May 2022. All I ever receive is that they will provide me with feedback and when they do they request the same documents over n over. I have literally sent the same documents more than 4 to 5 times.

Always told I can not speak to a superior and yet I'm not given proper feedback.
