money paid in closed account..why????

After not receiving my uif since going on maternity leave in 2015 I decided to go to Krugersdorp department of labour I was helped their by a lady called Angela Snyman must say she was very helpful and assisted me with getting all my papers in order. I gave her my new banking details and she scanned it and put it in the system manually as well for payment just to insure that the assessors job was done easier. Angela insured me that all paper work was now in order and that she would be in contact when payment will be made. On the 04/02/2016 I received a sms stating that my claim was approved and that I need to go to my local branch with my payment form. Angela phoned me the same day and said that my money was being paid in on the 10th of February so I was so happy as we are so struggling and we really needed that money. I went to the department of labour again with the requested documentation for payment, birth certificate and ui-4 form. Angela again scanned all in system than informed me that it showed on the system that the money was paid into my old account that was closed so it showed a block??? so where is my money now???please give feedback. no response from webmaster no one
