Money not received

I have app**** online in September 2020, and still waiting after almost 2 years they told me I must go to the Labour Center. After going to the labour centre a month ago the told me I must wait 3 weeks then I will received a small amount. I still did not get any amount from the labour centre. I am sending them daily emails, with no response. I honestly don't know what to do.
