Money not processed

my name is Lillian skhosana on the02 june 2015 I submitet my meternity benefits document at kwamhlanga deparment of labour,then the person was helping called patric he said I should come back on the 07july 2015 when I got there they said my money is not processed the next day I got an sms telling that my UIF CLAIM is been cancelled on the09july2015 I went back to labour I find that my document was not processed I spoke 2 their supervisor Refilwe and she said she will processe my document then the next day she will call me wich she never did call me.now is been 3months I have not recived any money today I called them they still telling me that my document are not processed, dont know what to do because I dont work and I need money to pay account they dont even explain to me that what is wrong and this is the money I worked hard for I wish you guys can help me.
