Misleading

I’ve been calling for weeks on hand and I was misinformed about my situation to a point where I’m stranded and homeless as their misinformation led me to not getting my money and my landlord kicked me out

I was told to be patient and the funds would be paid now I’m being told I need to start a new claim after waiting for a whole month
