Michel Francke :Complain for UIF department

Very poor service from Labour department the computers are not working properly they are still using very old systems. The systems keeps going offline and the qeues is always very long you will wait for hours. I have submitted my Uif forms in July already I only got an Sms 2 weeks ago saying that my claim was successfull and within 15 days I need to revert back to their office. I went back to Uif office just to sign a form with no feed back whatsoever its time consuming and unnecessary too. I was not allowed inside the office to question about to when this payment will reflect into my bank account. Uif service is a disgrace I wish that all the South Africans as tax payers who contributed every month on tax can be treated with respect and dignity they deserve. Please look into to this matter your assistance in this regard would be appreciated.
