Mertenity Uif

I went to apply for mertenity uif on the 03rd of October 2014 in Alberton i was assisted by a gentle man named Khuliso. He informed me that my UI19 was incorrect and provided me with his email address as a convinent way to submit the UI19. Om the 12th of October I emailed the form to him. I was told to check the status of the claim after 4 weeks I then called in on the 12th of November 2014 i was then told the the application was not yet processed. I than called in January 2015 to my surprise i was told that i did not submit a UI19 form. I went into the brunch on the 05th of January 2015 a lady told me i had to come back on the 09th as the gentle man who had assisted me was on leave. I went back on the 09th and was told he is not back from leave he would be back on monday tne 12th. On monday i went back with a copy of the UI19 and submitted it again and he told me to check after 10 days.On the 26th March and was told the application was captured and not approved. I tried calling but to no avail. on the 12 May 2015 i went to check and was asked to submit the UI19 again and i took it the next day. On the 29th July i went to check and was told i have to keep checking the outcome.
