The Unemployment insurance fund offices at uitenhage chase street is by far the laziest among the lot. I have been sent from pillar to post for months, with no light at the end of the tunnel. After losing my documents, not capturing my documents, waiting for hours to be attended to only to be asked to return again and again, losing precious time with my baby. There is only one person assisting an entire office of people waiting to be helped to receive their hard earned and much needed money. Heaven forbid if I am not helped by 2:30 I will be asked to leave and come back yet again. This after being here at 6am to make sure I am able to be helped. This is heartbreaking to say the least. Government we can do better.
