Maternity uif - run around and no delivery

Hi,<br> <br> I submitted my maternity uif application on the 8th of April at the Randburg office. My baby was born on the 9th of April. To date I have not received any payments from uif. Whenever I follow up, I am given the run around. After trying numerous time to get through to the call canter and the Randburg office, I emailed the Randburg office, only to be told to follow up with the supervisor in 2 weeks. I went to the Randburg office, and then I was told that I would receive the payment in 3 weeks (1 July 2015). I have not received my payment as yet. I called the call center yesterday, and was told that my application would be escalated, and I would receive an Sms regarding the status within 5-7 working days. <br> <br> I am now fed up, and frustrated with being told to follow up in xx days, only to find out that nothing has changed.my baby is now 3 months, and I have not received a single payment. <br> <br> Get you act together!!!!! <br> <br> Manisha Bhoola Cronje
