Maternity UIF- pathetic service

The worst service ever, I registered on the 17th of April on the site and my account got suspended. They say call the call centre only to get no answer or a voice saying to send an email. I have been phoning and sending an email everyday, it's June already and still nothing. I'm due to give birth soon and have to claim maternity UIF since my boss forced me to go on unpaid leave since May. I'm running out of time and can't raise a child with no income and I haven't gotten income for 2months now. I would suggest UIF get people in the offices that want to work and help people
