maternity uif not recieved

i app**** for my maternity uif around septermber 2014 even before i gave birth then i gave the consultant all the paper work that was required and was told that i should wait 8 weeks after the baby was born that bring in the form tha the Dr filled out, i did all of that and i tried to call them but they never pick up the phone, then when i go there they tell me that they lost my UI19 from my previouis employer then i gave it to them for the third time, them i was told to wait another 10 days then i should come and check if the application is approved, i went again to check and i was told they requested for my file and i have been waiting for two weeks for the payment to be cashed out and that has not happened to date.these peolpe dont think what my baby eats, or what i should buy nappies with.what more should i do for them to pay me my money.now im even back at work and drowing in dept thanks to stuff who get paid for nothing,after all this is my money as i contribute to UIF every month but i have to wait for more that four months to get paid by the department of labour.please assist hello peter.
