maternity uif not paid out

My first payment was a struggle I only recieved it after 2 months after I was told I will receive payment in 3 weeks. Just when I thought everything was into place I struggled again with the second date. I signed for my second payment on the 28 of July but I still have not received payment while I was told I'll be paid in 10 days. Every time I call to enquire the staff from Carletonville will tell me they will escalate the matter but its been 2 weeks. No one is following up and when ever I call the staff to the supervisor are very rude and not help full. My accounts are on a negative profile. I cant afford to buy my baby food and clothes. Please assist. What do I do? Who can help because I have tried to call head office several times but no answer.
