Maternity UIF Fiasco!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have had the worst maternity leave EVER!!!!! Incompentent idiots working at the Department of Labour (Boksburg Branch). I have been on maternity leave since the 1st May 2020 and still have not received any payout!!!!! After submitting all my documents, I followed up daily what the status of my claim was and to my surprise I would get feedback after months and kept being asked to resubmit additional documents. What a unprofessional and disorganised department. A person pays UIF faithfully every month but time to claim it's a disaster. It's not fair because there is a new baby around and bills need to be paid plus the effects of lockdown have not made anything easy for me. I have been at home for 4 full months of my maternity without a cent being paid out to me. My claim was only approved on the 9th August and I was told payment would take 7 to 10 days. Today is day 10 and surprise surprise still no payment.
