Maternity UIF DELAYED AND CANCELLED

I submitted my uif form on the 04 May 2015 for maternity,n my daughter was born on the 20 May 2015,I've been going to labour departments every week till date to submitted whats needed,with no hope no help n I've been told different stories about how this n that papers are short,today they didn't pay me n they cancelled my application,I don't know where to turn to,they had all my paper work n still could not pay me after 6 months of waiting.Benoni and Brakpan branches are the ones I was using,it looks like they cannot deliver.I need that money as I have I owe a lot.PLS help me
