Maternity UIF claim not paid

I am currently having a problem with my maternity UIF claim that has not yet being recieved. I have been to labour department 6times already and I am always told my money will go in within 5 working days but still have not received any. What beats me is we not taken serious with the money we contribute and we get hassles when claiming it. I want my money.
