Maternity UIF claim non-payment

I have app**** for the Maternity UIF claim on 14 December 2015 and never received any payment.<br> Every time I go to Labour office in Krugersdorp, they make an inquiry and I never give back any positive feedback. I have been on leave for 3 months now and never received any money from them or even a reason for non-payment. <br> I submitted the same papers four time and had to go back to work as i am struggling to pay my accounts and take care of my family
