Maternity UIF Claim

I am extremely frustrated and angry with the UIF department. I have not received my maternity UIF payment to date. I have app**** last year via Ufiling. I received a message the claim was rejected. When I queried with the UIF contact Centre they asked me to submit my documents directly to them. I submitted all the documents and followed up on a weekly basis only to receive different responses all the time like they are waiting for payment to be released from the admin department or there are documents outstanding. I queried today only to be told it was not approved last year and the consultant will follow up on why. I wasted all these months on follow ups and sending documents. There should not a reason to not approve my application as I went on maternity leave and submitted all the documents requested. I also sent an email to the complaints section at the labour department airing my distress and disappointment and to date no response.
